Public Workshops

Payment Terms

All applicable workshop fees must be paid in full prior to workshop start date to secure placement and admission to the workshop. For organisations that use a Purchase Order number system please provide this at the time of registration.

Cancellations

Scheduled public workshops; the following fees will apply when attendees choose to cancel their workshop registration:

Cancellation received 5 working days before the workshop start date - 50% of the workshop cost is payable.

Cancellation not received within the timeframe above - no refund, total workshop fee applies.

Substitutions: If the named person is unable to attend a substitution within the same company can be made provided we are informed at least one day prior to the workshop start date.

Refund Policy: Refunds will only be made to the person or organisation that made the original payment.


Sickness/Self Isolation/Workplace access

If an agreed or booked workshop/event/programme/training or coaching appointment is unable to proceed due to sickness, self isolation or a workplace or venue that is not accessible, we will transfer the booking to a future date agreed by both parties. Where appropriate and agreed by both parties technology may be used in part or full to provide more remote access to participants, coach/trainers and/or facilitators.

Business Success Training Packages

No additional offers are available with the business success package. One employee can be registered to complete the full series or a different employee can attend each session (excluding Leadership Success Series). If the registered is person is unable to attend a substitution within the same company can be made provided we are informed at least one day prior to the event date (excluding Leadership Success Series). No refunds will be given if workshops/coaching are not attended and/or no substitution is arranged. If a NZTE capability voucher is applied for but subsequently not approved by NZTE then the full package price becomes payable (either as a lump sum or 12 monthly instalments). To be eligible for the 12 monthly payment option an application for credit must be completed. Approval of the 12 monthly payment option will be subject to the approval of the credit application and at the absolute discretion of Everest Group Limited.

Leadership Development Programme

This programme is made up of six individual modules, it is essential that all modules are attended. If you are unable to attend a module and require a catch-up session there will be an additional cost of $500.00+GST for each module missed (2.5 hour catch-up session).

Leading with Emotional Intelligence

Included in the workshop cost is a MSCEIT assessment and debrief. If you cancel your registration and you have completed your MSCEIT assessment, the cost of the MSCEIT assessment is still payable ($295.00+GST).

Everest reserves the right to cancel or postpone workshops/ courses/programmes if necessary. Every effort will be made to give attendees no less than 5 working days notice of cancellation. Everest will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to course cancellation.

Travel and Accommodation

You are responsible for your own travel/accommodation bookings. Should the event be rescheduled or cancelled, no compensation for such bookings will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

Everest will not accept any liability for damage or loss of property or valuables belonging to any delegate attending the event.

Copyright Material

All workshop material distributed to you by Everest are subject to copyright protection under the Copyright Act 1994, you shall not copy or in any way distribute such material outside the organisation named in this agreement, or deal with it in any other way restricted by copyright.


Customised Workshops

Payment Terms

All applicable fees must be paid in full prior to training start date, this will secure the booking and participants admission to training. For organisations that use a Purchase Order number system please provide this at the time of booking.

Cancellations

If you cancel your training event 4 weeks prior to the training commencement date, 50% of the total training fee will be payable immediately (training cost as agreed in proposal or email acceptance).

If the training is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to training commencement date, the total training fee is payable immediately.

Change date penalty

Postponement requests may be considered without penalty if the request is received at least 4 weeks prior to the confirmed training date. Other postponements by agreement.


Business Coaching & Career Development Services

Payment Terms

CV Development Services:
A deposit of 50% is payable on acceptance of the assignment, the final balance will be due prior to release of completed CV documentation.

Career Coaching Services:
Payment is due within 7 days of completed coaching session.

Business Coaching:
Payment is required on the 20th of the month after the invoice date.

Payment Options

Payment will be accepted via internet banking, cheque or cash.

Mastercard or Visa credit card will be accepted, however, an additional credit card fee of 3.4% will be charged.

Cancellations/Non-Attendance/Rescheduling

When an appointment is confirmed with one of our coaches/trainers, we must be notified within 24 hours of the appointment date/time if you are unable to attend (for whatever reason).

If we are not notified within this timeframe or you do not attend your appointment (for whatever reason) 50% of the scheduled coaching fee will be charged to you.

If you need to change your appointment date/time please provide us with 24 hours’ notice so that we may reassign your appointment date/time to another client.

Confidential Information

All personal information which we receive from you prior to, or at any of our coaching services (other than information which at the time of receipt was known to the public), will be kept confidential by us and we will not, whether before or after completion of the coaching program, without your approval in writing, disclose, publish or make known to any person other than our employees or consultants such information unless the same is known or has become known to the public otherwise than through us or unless such disclosure is required by law.

We will exercise due caution in our selection of employees and consultants to whom we will make disclosure of such information and will acquaint them with the confidential nature of the information.
